The short version. VibeForge does its work on your phone. Audio, photos, videos and AI prompts are processed on the device and are never uploaded to us. We do not have accounts, we do not have a server collecting your data, and we cannot see anything you make.
VibeForge is an Android application. In this policy “we” refers to the developer of VibeForge, and “the app” refers to the VibeForge Android application.
VibeForge’s visualizers react to sound. To do that the app needs access to audio, in one of two ways:
Audio is analysed in real time on your device and is never recorded, stored, or transmitted. The app converts sound into frequency levels to drive the visuals, and those levels exist only for as long as they are being drawn.
When you choose a photo, video or audio file — for a live wallpaper or a video project — the app reads that file to use it in what you are creating. The file is processed on your device. Anything you export is saved to your own device storage. Nothing is uploaded.
If you enable it, VibeForge can read media notifications so it can show what is playing and offer playback controls. This information is used only to display those controls and never leaves the device.
VibeForge includes an optional AI assistant. If you choose to use it, the app downloads an AI model to your device and runs it locally.
Your prompts are processed entirely on your phone. They are not sent to us or to any third party, and they are not used to train anything. The only network activity is the one-off download of the model file itself.
The free tier of VibeForge shows ads supplied by Google AdMob. AdMob is operated by Google, and it — not us — may collect information such as your device’s advertising identifier and general device details in order to serve and measure ads.
We do not receive that data. We see only aggregate reporting, such as how many ads were shown.
Purchasing any paid tier removes ads from the app.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, VibeForge asks for your consent before using cookies, local storage or personal data such as your advertising ID to serve ads. That request is presented through Google's certified consent management platform when you first open the app.
To change or withdraw your consent at any time, open VibeForge and go to Settings → General → “Ad privacy choices”. The consent form will be shown again so you can change your answers, including refusing consent entirely.
The “Ad privacy choices” option appears only where this consent applies, so you will not see it if you are outside those regions, or if you have bought a paid tier and no longer receive ads at all.
Withdrawing consent does not remove ads — it means the ads you see are no longer personalised. Removing ads entirely is what a paid unlock does. If you have any difficulty withdrawing consent, email vibeforgedeveloper@outlook.com and we will help.
Payments are handled entirely by Google Play Billing. We never see or store your payment details. The app records only whether a purchase has been made, so it knows which features to unlock, and that record is kept on your device and re-checked with Google Play.
Nothing. VibeForge has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics of our own, and no server that receives your information. We cannot identify you and we cannot see what you create.
The exceptions are the third-party services described above — Google AdMob and Google Play Billing — which operate under Google’s own privacy policy.
VibeForge is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date at the top.
